Our passionate, dedicated staff team have a commitment to enabling young people to be physically and mentally healthy, happy and successful.

Many of our staff have been with Step 2 for a number of years, testament to our supportive, family culture.
We are currently have some counselling vacancies, which could be delivered by between one and three people (from one or two days per week, likely 5 days in total).
